Thank you for participating in the A-1 Cash Advance Referral Program. By participating in this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Program Overview
The A-1 Cash Advance Referral Program allows eligible customers to receive a referral reward when they refer a new customer who completes a qualifying loan with us.
2. Eligibility
To qualify for a referral reward:

- The referring individual must be a current or former customer in good standing.
- The referred individual must be a new customer who has not previously completed a loan with A-1 Cash Advance.
- The referred customer must meet all standard underwriting and eligibility requirements.
- The referred customer must complete and fund a qualifying loan.
Employees of A-1 Cash Advance and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
3. Qualifying Loan Requirement
A referral reward will only be issued after:

- The referred customer completes and funds a qualifying loan.
- The loan remains in good standing as determined by A-1 Cash Advance.
- All eligibility criteria are verified.
A-1 Cash Advance reserves the right to define and modify what constitutes a qualifying loan.
4. Referral Reward

- The referral reward is $25 per qualifying referral.
- There is no limit to the number of referral rewards a participant may earn, unless otherwise stated.
- Rewards may be issued via cash, check, account credit, prepaid card, or other method determined by A-1 Cash Advance.
Referral rewards are not transferable and have no cash value until issued.
5. Referral Identification
To qualify for a reward:

- The referred customer must identify the referring customer at the time of application, or
- Use a designated referral link or code, if applicable.
Referrals cannot be applied retroactively after a loan has been completed.
6. Program Abuse & Fraud Prevention
A-1 Cash Advance reserves the right to withhold or revoke referral rewards if:

- Fraudulent activity is suspected.
- False, misleading, or duplicate information is provided.
- Self-referrals are attempted.
- Any attempt is made to manipulate or exploit the program.
All decisions regarding referral eligibility are final and at the sole discretion of A-1 Cash Advance.
7. Program Modifications
A-1 Cash Advance reserves the right to:

- Modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time.
- Change reward amounts.
- Adjust eligibility requirements.
- Refuse participation to any individual at its discretion.
Changes will become effective upon posting updated terms on our website.
8. Compliance & Taxes
Participants are responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes related to referral rewards. A-1 Cash Advance may issue appropriate tax documentation if required by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
By participating in the Referral Program, participants agree that A-1 Cash Advance shall not be liable for:

- Delays in reward issuance
- Technical errors
- Incomplete referral submissions
- Any indirect or incidental damages related to participation
