Loan Process

Follow these steps:

  1. Review and agree to the terms of the disclosure
  2. Download and review the Indiana Borrower's Rights and Responsibilities
  3. Complete and print the loan application (12kb PDF)
  4. Fax the following items along with your completed, printed application to (317)-897-2428 for processing.
    1. Most recent pay stub
    2. Blank voided check
    3. Most recent monthly banking statement (Active account that has been open at least 60 days)
    4. Recent utility bill from your home address
    5. Valid State issued Identification (Drivers License, I.D. Card, etc.)
  5. We contact you to complete the authorization. That's it!
