It takes us from 5-15 minutes to process your loan application.
Can I have multiple loans at the same time?
No. Each customer is limited to one (1) payday loan at a time. Once the outstanding loan has been paid in full with cash or your check has cleared the bank, you may receive another loan immediately with no wait.
Does poor credit history disqualify me?
Not necessarily. We are in business to assist to the best of our ability all ranges of credit history clients. We understand that credit problems occur even with the best clients.
What if I filed Bankruptcy?
You may still qualify, if the bankruptcy is discharged and/or closed, subject to our normal qualifying guidelines.
What should I do if I know my check will not clear the bank?
Contact us immediately. We may be able to offer you a service that can possibly save you the cost of NSF fees along with maintaining a good credit rating with our company.
What happens if I do not follow through with my obligation to repay this loan?
We hope that this situation does not arise but if so, A-1 Cash Advance reserves the right to collect all debts incurred by any and all measures necessary. This includes phone collection, correspondence, negative credit reporting, and up to legal action in the appropriate court, and the assessment of fees.
